Introduce Yourself!

Our Frequently Asked Questions topic will answer many of your fasting & weight loss questions!

If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

starting on Monday. hello!

hi

Fed up yo yo-ing and the numbers just get bigger. I'm great at losing weight fast but useless at sticking to it. Being able to drop weight fast just makes me lazy and i love wine, chocolate, bread and butter. I could go on.....

So I'm on a lo-cal diet this week and starting IF on Monday. Read MMs book and I think this is going to be the perfect solution to keeping the blubber off long term. Will let you know how it goes and look forward to hearing your stories.

Good luck to all of you xxx

Thank you. Thought it might be hard to start this week with kids off school but dieting hard too! They wanted cheese on toast for lunch and I had salad. Even my 6 yo said "is that all you're having?"

The salad was actually nicer than my usual sandwich!
