I started the 5:2 diet on Monday and my first day of fast was super easy! I'm on the second one today, haven't had major hunger pangs yet and I'm drinking lots of herbal tea
One question: I cycle everyday for about 20 min to go to uni and then back home. On Monday (first day of fast) I felt very weak while cycling home and for a second I thought I was going to faint. At the same time though my senses felt super sharp and I felt good when I stopped cycling... any other fellow cyclists out there who has experienced the same thing? Is it just because it was the first day?
