I just started the 5:2 diet this week!
Monday was my first 'fast' day and it was a KILLER! I nearly gave up (and that is very unlike me) but I survived! & that was without gobbling up one of my children! All jokes aside, I am glad I battled through it as today was my 2nd 'fast' day and I feel great! I have even just sat next to my husband whilst he used the remainder of his 600 calories on a bowl of cereal resisting the urge to lunge forward and bite his arm off
