For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Hi There,
I've just signed up after being recommended this forum by a friend.
Just completed my 2nd fast day of week 1 and am finding it suprisingly easy!
Looking forward to getting some hints on different meals to have on fast days.

Hi Sally & a warm welcome to the forums :) How nice of your friend to send you along to us - I'm sure you'll enjoy being part of the community.

How do you split your cals on a fast day? I'm sure a few of us can suggest some lovely meals depending on how many cals you need them to be!
