I've just found this forum and it's great to get information from others doing the same diet. I started on the 1st January this year, New Year's resolution, at a weight of 10 stone 5 lbs. I fast twice a week and am now at 9st 7lbs. I am amazed at how easy this diet is, having tried loads in the past. The last one I tried was not eating protein and carbohydrate in the same meal. It worked well and I lost 2 stone but was quite difficult to stick to and meals had to be planned. Hubby is on the fasting diet too and has lost 6lbs so far.

If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!
