I commenced this diet after reading the fast diet book at the weekend and became quite excited at the thought of only 'dieting' for two days instead of suffering for 7!
My opening statistics:
Age: 46
Weight on Monday 18th - 13st 7lb
Weight post 2 fast days - 13st 3lb (this morning Friday 22nd Feb)
WOW!
My BMI has already fallen out from the obese catagory to overweight!
My fast days are Monday & Thursday and would enjoy receiving some recipe suggestions
