For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Hi out there :D

I commenced this diet after reading the fast diet book at the weekend and became quite excited at the thought of only 'dieting' for two days instead of suffering for 7!
My opening statistics:

Age: 46
Weight on Monday 18th - 13st 7lb
Weight post 2 fast days - 13st 3lb (this morning Friday 22nd Feb)
WOW!

My BMI has already fallen out from the obese catagory to overweight!

My fast days are Monday & Thursday and would enjoy receiving some recipe suggestions

Hello and Good Luck to all of us - may we always achieve what we set our efforts towards (even if it is for just 2 days per week).

nb. Double hit for me as I only gave up smoking on the 12th January!
