I'm reasonably new to fasting, a work friend introduced me to it after watching the Drs show. It intrigued me, and I started at the beginning of January. Sadly, I didn't weigh myself at the beginning, so my progress is a little vague. I last weighed myself in july last year. I weighed myself three weeks into the fasting and lost 6lbs.
That could've been down to a combination of things. Anyway, I weighed my self five weeks into fasting and I'd lost a further 3lbs, so it seems to be working for me.
I've read a lot around the internet of people not coping, and I'm finding it quite easy so far. I'm not saying that to gloat, because I might be doing it wrong!
I've been desperate for an answer and have only just found this fine forum.
I've been eating about 200cals for breakfast, 100 at lunch time and 300 for my evening meal. My question is, should I be having lunch? I'm not officially fasting because I'm eating at 8am, 2pm, and 8pm. Is this allowed?
