I'm on day 2 of fast and just read the book, very excited by it - now have my daughter, sister and boyfriend on it too! and when I go back to work tomorrow I will hopefully sign up one or 2 more.
On my first fast day I constantly drunk water and herbal tea all day, and unfortunately had all my calories first thing for breakfast as I decided to do it just afterwards, I was so hungry and alert I got very little sleep that night! However day 2 (it's now 2pm) and I haven't had anything not even a drink, I seem to be finding it easier not to open the floodgates! When I do future fast days I will be back at work and cycle 11 mile round commute so I will probably have to tackle it differently then.
