If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Very first day

Just started first fast day today, had recorded Horizon programme but only recently watched it, sounds exactly what I need. Just passed 70 and second hip replacement and have struggled with weight all my life. Very encouraged by all positive comments on this site and by Kate Harrison's book.

Hope today is going well....I ve just had a knee op and been off my feet for 6 months still cannt exercise so hoping this is the answer ...just starting week 3 and have lost 7 lbs ..so best of luck!
