If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!
Well done on your first fast day! Today is my first fast day too and seems to be going well. 2 boiled eggs and 2 slices of lo-cal toast. Its lunchtime now and surprisingly not hungry yet.....

Its my first fast day too. I went for the longer fast and had a WW soup and 100g strawberries at about 2pm (80 cals), then I had Hairy Dieters Chicken Jalfrezi (295 cals)with 80g wild brown rice for dinner (113 cals). I drank hot water with lemon during the day, and I've had a coffee with milk this evening and will probably have another before bed.
I was fine all morning, but spent a lot of it in the loo!!! About 4.30pm I felt really hungry and had a grumbly tummy. But it made my dinner taste all the better.
All in all, I feel very positive about my first day!
I've got visitors all next week, but still plan to have Monday and Wednesday as Fast Days.
