My wife and I have recently started the 5:2 diet having watched the telly programme and after reading the book. She wants to lose weight, I don't but I can lose a few pounds without vanishing. I am really joining in to support her and for the other health benefits. We are on week 3 and the weight loss is, shall we say, not immediately apparent. My wife doesn't really do forums, hence me joining and I look forward to perplexing everyone with my/our questions.
