Kept really busy all day and noticed the hunger pangs would go after 10/15 mins and I drank lots of water/coffee/tea - its really just the last couple of hours that have been a real struggle.
Really nice to know that when I get up tomorrow I can just have a bowl of cereals and enjoy it with no guilt! Have just switched from Weight watchers. Was doing well on it (10lbs in 5 weeks) but its constant hard work and I know I'm about to fall off it and just start eating again. So thought I would switch to this and see how it goes!
