If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!
Laughed at your post cos I saw the Horizon programme last year too and thought it was a great idea too. Unlike you I just kept munching away and forgot about it until now.
Hopefully 5:2 will make losing your next stone much easier. Good luck with it
I think that loosing your last stone with 5{2 is a really great idea as 5 days a week you are eating normally ...not feasting or binging...just normally!!! ...it changes the mind set away from 'bad foods' 'forbidden' foods etc etc and encourages 5 days of eating at the recommended daily allowance which of course encourages portion control and healthy choices.....then you can go on to maintenance....
Did nt see the Horizon prog....I go on diets like other people collect stamps or antiques so would love this one to be the 'full set' ....enjoying it so far ....not in the least bit difficult...only count cals 2 days....actually ate an after eight as they were being passed around the office today and didnt have to say 'no thanks Im on a diet'!!! which was such a breath of fresh air!!
