I find fasting so much easier than 'normal' eating. Perhaps I'm not normal - something my kids have suspected for some time!!!

For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Honestly though, I'm just not worrying about what I'm eating on my non fast days. Right now I'm focused on making it through my fast days with my honor and dignity intact.
Don't worry, that kind of mindless eating does lessen with time. I've just has 5 digestive biscuits with my cup of tea after my dinner - that's less than it could have been!!!
