Fast number two went well yesterday, then today I was corrupted by a packet of Bourbon biscuits!!

I find fasting so much easier than 'normal' eating. Perhaps I'm not normal - something my kids have suspected for some time!!!

Sometimes those cookies are just so LOUD there's no shutting them up until they're in your belly!!

Honestly though, I'm just not worrying about what I'm eating on my non fast days. Right now I'm focused on making it through my fast days with my honor and dignity intact.

A whole packet of boubons, I can't believe that.................been there done that but my t-shirt said 'custard creams'. :lol: :lol: :lol:

Don't worry, that kind of mindless eating does lessen with time. I've just has 5 digestive biscuits with my cup of tea after my dinner - that's less than it could have been!!!

After completing my 2nd fast day yesterday, today hunger has overtaken me, 2packets of space raders (just fancied some in the shop lol) and 3 mcvities gold bars later I'm feeling guilty. Have just chopped up lots of fruit and put in a bowl in fridge so if I stumble across the fridge later it will be that I find!!

Mmm bowl of fruit....is still sat in the fridge. Hey ho can undo all my naughtiness tomorrow (is a feast day) but have planned meals so hoping not to have a repeat of today!!!
