For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

new to 5:2

Hi,

my name is Corinne and I have just started the 5:2 diet yesterday! The reason I am doing the diet is because I had a beautiful baby girl 15 months ago and am really determined to lose my baby weight that i gained! I would love to hear from other people about how the diet is working for other people.

Hi Corinne and welcome. I'm into my 8th week and still going strong. I have lost 8lb so far. There have been ups and downs on the scales but that seems to be normal for most people.
I wish you all the best on your 5:2 WOE.

I also want to lose the baby weight after having my baby girl.......17years ago!!
