I started yesterday and did my fast day, it went really well but when i got home from work today i felt like i was starving and ate lots of things i shouldn't have. It was as if i was craving sugary snacks. Is this normal.?

on 2nd fast day so hopefully wont have a repeat of sugar cravings tomorrow.
I'm not feeling guilty about the chocotate as I don't eat it every day, it was a treat.
