For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Hiya,
I started yesterday and did my fast day, it went really well but when i got home from work today i felt like i was starving and ate lots of things i shouldn't have. It was as if i was craving sugary snacks. Is this normal.?

You're on a feast day so sounds like you had a little feast :-) No worries. I didnt feel like that but I did wake up ravenous after first fast.

I find it varies a bit on my feast days. Sometimes I want lots of 'naughty' stuff, other days all I want is lots of fruit and veg!

I was fasting yesterday and today I really craved chocolate so I've had some. Also had 5-6 Bassetts Liquorice Allsorts - normally I am not a sweetie person - prefer chocolates.

I'm not feeling guilty about the chocotate as I don't eat it every day, it was a treat. :D
