If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

I done my first fast day yesterday, and it really wasn't too bad!!!... Although I did keep really busy at work.Having another one tomorrow so going to clean the house this time.
What a fab site this with loads of support and tips feeling much more motivated about losing weight than I have in a long time x

Hiya & welcome!

I just found this website this morning, been doing IF since beginning of Feb. This website is brilliant, loads of support, tips, menu ideas etc, I'm feeling really positive about getting in shape and feeling great too.

I always find that cleaning is a good way to pass fasting time too :D

Im on my 6th fast tomorrow....I have a pot of home made veg soup made for lunch(not the whole pot!!!! lol) and planning on a large omelette followed by a Hartleys raspberry and cranberry 10 kcal jelly for afters !!!
