I have consumed 600 calories today instead of 500. Not going to fret about it but will try and be more imaginative about meal planning for fast days. I believe less carbs and more protein and veg are good for getting you through a fast day? I'm also off work today, so it'll be easier for me to stick to when I'm not at home. I eat when I'm bored...
