My first fast day was hard, snacked on yoghurt and fruit until I reached 500. The next fast day was easier with two small meals at lunch and dinner. Then this week on Monday i went through until 8pm and had the whole 500 calories - this suits me much better plus I fasted for 24 hours. I then randomly decides to fast Tuesday too which I managed but will do non consecutive days in future. So far I've lost 6lbs and have finally found a diet which works for me!

If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Sounds like you're doing well so far, not only with the weight loss but already having found which way works best for you. I also do a full 24 hours followed by my up to 500 cal dinner. Consecutive days are harder - I've only done it once. Well done on trying that so early on!
