For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Hi, I'm Lisa. I'm new to this forum but been 5:2-ing for 8 weeks. I saw Moogies post about this on the Facebook support group. Last fast of the week today.

Hi Lisa & welcome! Thanks for joining :) If you've got your weight loss stats from the last 8 weeks they would certainly be a welcome addition to our progress tracker system!

A Friday faster eh? I don't think I could, at least not on a regular basis - but then I have fasted on a Saturday once or twice! We quite often have friends over on a Friday, but I guess the beauty of 5:2 is its flexibility in being able shift days around to suit ones social life!

Thanks Moogie! I'm usually a Monday/Thursday faster, like you, but loving the simplicity of switching things around as needed. I've put in my starting stats and the most recent weigh-in plus body fat result.
