Find it really easy. I got to the stage where trying to do the usual diets I was so bored with having done them for so long it just wasn't happening for me. I could do 2 days and then think I really can't do this calorie counting, pointing, shakes, bars for the rest of my life and it all went wrong yet again. This is a revelation and for me i can cope with it !!!! I feel so positive about everything at the moment its wonderful. Is there any way that I can watch the original horizon programme anywhere please?

Our Frequently Asked Questions topic will answer many of your fasting & weight loss questions!
If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

That's exactly how many of us feel about dieting and why 5:2 has made such a difference in our lives. it's amazing!
There should be a link to the original documentary in the 5:2 FAQ which is linked at the top of the site and is also one of the topics at the top of the page
Welcome to the boards!
