At the beginning of last year I weighed 13 stone and am now down to 11 1/2. I've tried following diets but am just awful at them. This seems like an ideal solution. I think I am going to try with the three days a week and see how I get on.
Finding this forum is great, I do intend to use it to track my progress and be inspired by others!
I'm really excited about giving this a try and making some new friends!
