Morning all ;)

Well I have read the book and I am ready to start, first fasting day for me is tomorrow.

Going to have some grapefruit for breakfast and then chicken and veg for dinner.

Hoping to lose about a stone and half, I will post my stats up with my first weigh in.

Looking forward to hearing how everybody is progressing

Hi there all. I will be doing my 7th fast tomorrow and have lost about 4 lbs. I was just wondering what food you eat on a non fast day.Do you eat what you want,eg, chips sweets, crisps etc.Not all at the same time of course, I haven,t been counting cals on a non fast day have you? :?:

Nope not counting the calories when I have not been fasting

Last week I had some of the following

Cupcake
Crisps
Steak and homemade chips (Deep fried)
Pasta and cheese sauce
2 x Meal outs, one was deep fried mozzarella, pan fried veal with veg and potatoes, the other deep fried calamari, steak and chips
Lunch was mainly homemade soup
Breakfast has been either grapefruit with blueberries or instant porridge and berries
