This is my first day on the Fast Diet. I'm fasting today, and so far, so good. I've had herbal team a 0% yogurt and an apple, and not sure what'll be for dinner yet.
I'm in the U.S., by the way.
I have about 10-15 pounds to lose, and I feel that my body is reacting very differently to efforts to lose weight than it has in the past. It's much harder to lose and my weight is accumulating around my middle.
