For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Hello everyone ! :smile:

I've been doing the plan for few weeks now and finding it really good. Stayed the same last week though but hoping for at least a pound this week fingers crossed ! This forum looks great to help me through !

Hi Vicki and welcome. I too have had a week when I stayed the same and a week when I gained along my journey. Now 1lb down every week. Fingers crossed this continues. I'm into my 9th week. Hope everything goes well for you and good luck on this WOL.

Welcome!!

I don't weigh myself very often - I aim for about every two weeks. I'm down 9 pounds since Jan 8 and I'm quite pleased with that.

I'm waiting for my book so that I can read and get going on the plan. You still liking it? What do you eat on your fast days?

I'm new too, got the book, it made much sense. I use My Fitness Pal on my Fast Days to work out the calories, just the same as I would on a normal day. Try to plan it all in the morning or night before, then check during the day....just work to 500 instead of usual allowance.

Thanks everyone :)

I usually have soup for lunch and a chicken salad or stir fry for my dinner . I don't usually have any snacks but couple of cups of tea and lots and lots of water . I'm really surprised at how much I like it and can cope with it. So much better than thinking you can't have a treat for weeks and weeks on a normal diet!

Second fast day of the week tomorrow and I'm looking forward to it. Too much carbs today and feel like a bloater !

O forgot to say I use my fitness pal aswell. It's great for keeping track of things
