New! Change of fast day.

I'm new and was wondering if you could change your fasting days occasionally. I was thinking about a Mon and Fri but have a dinner in a couple of weeks on a Friday so could I change my 2nd fast day that week?

Of course! We change our fast days around all the time, depending on our schedule for the week. Usually hubby and I choose our fast days on Sunday evening, so I can plan cooking for the week.

Sometimes, we change it up. Last week, he had a business trip and we decided on Monday and Friday as our fast days. He actually wasn't successful at fasting on Monday, so he changed his fast days to Wednesday/Friday. :-)
