For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Good morning! So, on the way to work this morning they were talking about the 5:2 fast diet! They made it sound kinda crazy, like the fast days would be just SO difficult. Ha - if only they knew! If you make the right choices, you really can eat a lot of food. Sure, if you gobble down a cheeseburger then you can't eat anything else. I think this is the case with why people get discouraged with most "diets". People are just unaware of what can be done if you are smart about your food choices. For people's health and happiness, I hate that. :(
