If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!
I'm not a veggie but eat plenty of them and use a lot of quorn on my fasting days, as a veggie I think you can't go far wrong on a fast - lots of veg and maybe some egg for protein
Im not a veggie but have always had at least 2 days per week meat free!!!!
I find a spanish omelette ....2 eggs finely chopped red onion chopped peppers and a few quartered cherry tomatoes .....use a non stick pan....and serve with a mixed side salad great for my dinner on a fast day
2 eggs=160 kcal
1/2 pepper chopped =20kcal
1 tbsp finely chopped onion=5 kcal
4 cherry toms =20 kcal
total -approx 205
serve with a good mixed salad of mixed leaves /cucumber/tomato approx 45kcal
and you have a good dinner for 250kcal
