For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Hello

I have just discovered this forum after trawling the internet for info on this diet. I started fasting on 3rd Feb and have lost 6lb so far but am getting back into my trousers and out of my "fat clothes" so I'm happy :grin:

I fast on Mondays and Thursdays and am looking forward to reading about everyone's progress and hopefully getting some encouragement/slaps from time to time

I'm Ok (didn't think I would be) but everyone around me who is doing the diet is giving up or complaining so loudly that I want to bludgeon them with a french bread stick!!!

Hoping for some respite here :grin:

keep going girl....Ive found each fast easier to do ....we are in it for the long haul ....so welcome onboard !!!!!
