I have just discovered this forum after trawling the internet for info on this diet. I started fasting on 3rd Feb and have lost 6lb so far but am getting back into my trousers and out of my "fat clothes" so I'm happy
I fast on Mondays and Thursdays and am looking forward to reading about everyone's progress and hopefully getting some encouragement/slaps from time to time
I'm Ok (didn't think I would be) but everyone around me who is doing the diet is giving up or complaining so loudly that I want to bludgeon them with a french bread stick!!!
Hoping for some respite here
