For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

I am on week 5 and this week has been ridiculously difficult. The first few weeks seems really easy but I broke down and had to have a bowl of cereal about 7pm as I was so hungry I couldn't concentrate. Has anyone else hit a wall at this point?

Hi jlc and welcome! :)

Could I tentatively ask if it is 'that time of the month'? Lots of people find that it's more difficult during that week, and that they crave more carbs.

If not, I've no idea, sorry! :confused:

Week 5, only one fast so far this week....TOTM, and have eaten like a wild thing this week, but will fast tomorrow and see what happens on scales on Sat....don't expect anything....but will persevere...

Hi! It is my 5th week too definately struggling to keep to 500 cals.. yes time of the month but also as i have had inch loss & feel good my mind thinks i cn do what i like again.. need to re-focus
