Breakfast

Hi, I am new to this, with my first fasting day yesterday. I found it not to bad, I am not a early eater so I had some all bran with sultanas and an Apple at 11 (250 cals in total) tea during the day and an evening meal (rice and veg).

I have brought some 300cal m&s ready meals for my next fasting days as it feels an easier way have nice dinners but I think I need to eat a lower cal breakfast, does anyone know something filling for around 150cals?

Thanks for your help.
