Hi to all I was watching the morning news in January when a man was talking about this WOE I was intrigued as I am a person who can lose weight but find it impossible to maintain.
I have been at the WW goal weight 3 times in the last 28 years I was even a WW leader but always put the weight back on plus a stone every time so I was willing to try this diet as it seemed the maintenance aspect is so doable.
So me and hubby started in early Jan I lost 7lbs in 3 weeks but then went on holiday to the Dominican Republic AI for 1 week came back and was ill so put 3lbs back on,I started again but only managed 1 day so stuck, so I have been back on for 2 weeks and lost 3 so back to my pre holiday weight so now feel ready to lose more,
I try to do Mon & Wed then if Wed is difficult I can do Thurs even did a Sat on the 1st week which was tough as we usually have pizza.
On fast days I skip brekkie but have coffee with milk and sweetner.
If at home I have a brunch poached egg on toast or tomatoes on toast , then a ww meal with extra veg, lots of peppermint tea or hot water with slices of lemon another coffee with tea.
If working then its a banana for brekkie around 10am then half a carton of fresh soup and a ww meal and salad or veg for tea.
After reading this forum I may try just fluids with an evening meal.
