Im new to all this & just completed my 2nd fast day yesterday
I did it successfully on monday but ended up bingeing last night so im really disappointed in myself
I fasted for 24hrs from 9pm wed to 9pm thurs but once id eaten my healthy chilli for dinner I gave in to eating for emotional reasons & had crisps & chocolate!
Im planning to fast again today seeing as I ate too many calories last night for yesterday to count, does this sound ok?
