I'm only a few days in but I love reading about people seeing real results!
If I can do even close to the same I'll be jumping for joy.
Can I ask, are you limiting yourself calorie-wise on the feed days? I find I'm just not as hungry. Checking online my daily calorie needs are only 1663 (I'm quite short!!) but I'm probably only eating 1200 on feed days, and about 450 on fast days. I'm hoping this will speed up weight loss but I think I've read others saying that it's best to eat all your calorie requirement on feed days. Ah we'll, guess I'll find out soon enough at weigh in

8 lb's in 3 wks is amazing! I'd be over the moon with that!
I have lost 3 lb's in 3 weeks so now you see your loss is loads more. I think you will find the average weekly loss is around 1.4 lb's on this diet some people lose more some less. But as with any diet it will slow down so be prepared.
