I've done 2 fast days this week (Monday and Wed) in an attempt to reset my appetite and give my metabolism a good kick up the 'whatsit'.
I've done WW but put it all back on again, spent a year following Partick Holfords Zest 4 Life (all low GL stuff, no caffeine or sugar) and felt better - but still the same size.
I'm at the point in life that I'm fed up paying people to weigh me and persuade me to eat their artificial additives at inflated prices.
I just want a way of eating that will allow me to lose weight. My BMI puts me at 30.2, so I have at least a stone to lose, maybe more... but if I can lose a stone, and keep it off, I shall be a happy bunny.
My weigh in is on Monday, so no weight loss or inch loss recorded so far.
