Hi everyone! Just wanted to introduce myself-I just found out about this forum, from another forum

I currently follow an alternate day fasting plan and do every other day rotations of normal (1,7000c-2,000c)/fasting (350c-600c) days. I've lost around 26lbs and I'm now looking into the 5:2 model for when I transition into maintenance (I have 9lbs to go before I hit my goal weight and make the transition).
I'm a 34 yr old female, 5ft, 6in and currently weigh 144lbs. Right now I don't have any kind of exercise regiment, but I did just buy a pedometer and plan on starting to walk 5 days a week (aiming to start at a mile per day and add more from there).
I'm excited to learn more about the 5:2 plan here and meet others following it
