Started diet last Sunday and have completed 3 fast days in the last 8 days. I have lost about 5.5lbs which is very exiting.
Immeditately after the first fast I felt a lot less bloated. Looking forward to fitting in nicer clothes again and getting fitter. On top of the fasting, I have done 4 lots of exerise over the last week or so
