If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

It's starting to work!!

Hi,

Next week will be my third week and I'm starting to feel the benefits and see them.

I had a really bad fast day last Monday when I felt I just couldn't face a day of limited food and was thinking of giving up! then had a really easy fast the following Thursday.

So far I have lost around 3lbs but find it difficult to do a waist measurement as I can get a bit bloated after a feed day.

I'm actually looking forward to fasting tomorrow as I've over done it a bit today with the Mothers Day chocolates!
