If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Decided to start my fast first thing this morning until tomorrow morning...here goes.
Good luck trucat! I found the first one suprisingly easy, it was just the 2nd one that was tough! have you already planned how you will eat your 500 calories today?
I had egg and ham for breakfast. Lots of green tea and will be having some chicken and veggies for dinner. The hardest part, for now is deciding on menu. My kitchen is tiny and I really don't cook. So far so good...a bit hungry but managing. Thanks for well wishes. Good luck to you too.
