For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

I'm new too this site and fairly new too the 5:2 life!
I have about 10lb I want to lose by May.

Welcome,Im a newbie too, just at the start of week 2. Lost 1.5 on my first week and I am finding it generally easy, I have already had a few good tips on here.

I've just started too. Yesterday was my first day and was pretty easy. I started with no breakfast and had a small soup in the afternoon. I used most of my 500 cals at 7.30pm. I'm going to try to keep going until lunchtime today - then it's Friday night's usual takeaway and a glass of wine!
