If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Hiya from another newbie!

Just started today and really hoping this works well for both weight loss and health. My fast days are going to be Mondays and Thursdays and so doing my first fast as we speak and not finding things too bad, although I am a nighttime grazer so maybe an early night for me :D

I'm fasting today too and am late starting on my dinner. No cals so far today so time to get cooking!

Hi Wildpasty I am starting out today too, my FDs will be Mon and Wed. Have to admit that I am hungry but the knowledge that tomorrow is a non fast day is sufficient to keep me on the straight and narrow ! Best of luck to you x
