I'm excited to have found this forum!
My story: I've always been overweight, but over the last 2 years have lost over 4 stone mostly on Weight Watchers. During that time I also got divorced and discovered life again ... so sticking to WW 7 days a week is a struggle, I want to be able to go out with my friends and have a drink/meal, or go on dates and not have to worry about points, so the 5/2 diet is perfect.
I'm now in my 6th week and loving it. I had a good loss my first week then it slowed down to almost non existent - but, I think i was taking the whole 'feast' days a bit too literally Sticking to 2000 cals on my non fast days last week resulted in a 2.6 loss which I'm more than happy with! I don't expect that every week, but with another 4 stone to lose every little helps!
Anyway, I look forward to getting to know everyone
