If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Living in Switzerland, I missed the Horizon program, but picked up on it about 5 weeks ago through the Guardian online report. I have watched and have become revolted at my steady increase in weight to a gastronomic 118.9 kgs,,, I am 187cm tall. 6 foot 2 in the old money.

That has now changed. I have been following the 2 day fast for the past 5 weeks. Admittedly I had started swimming in December last year. Today I hit the scales at 110.9 kgs. I know..still a long way to go, but I am a big boned, muscled guy, and I feel fabulous. I have noticed that on feed days my calorific intake is also reduced, and I'm not sure that this is the right thing to do. I am listening to my body, and it just gets happier.

So onwards and downwards for me. This is my first post. I am really happy to have joined the forum. :grin:
Thanks. Thursday tomorrow. I am really looking forward to it. I am amazed how energetic and switched on I am on fasting days.
