That has now changed. I have been following the 2 day fast for the past 5 weeks. Admittedly I had started swimming in December last year. Today I hit the scales at 110.9 kgs. I know..still a long way to go, but I am a big boned, muscled guy, and I feel fabulous. I have noticed that on feed days my calorific intake is also reduced, and I'm not sure that this is the right thing to do. I am listening to my body, and it just gets happier.
So onwards and downwards for me. This is my first post. I am really happy to have joined the forum.
