If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!
I'm a newbie as well - saw your post and thought the same about the positive comments - certainly incentified me to giving it a go!
Just had my 2nd fast day yesterday and although I was hungry when I went to bed - I wasn't this morning so had a much smaller bowl of porridge than I normally have for breakfast -wierd!

I'm another newbie! Started on Monday and fasted Monday and Wednesday. I'm debating whether to do another day on Friday, but maybe I'll see how things go for a couple of weeks before I decide.
