My first post and I'm a little nervous!
I started 5:2 on Monday and had my fast days on Monday and Wednesday. Had a sneaky peak at the scales this morning and I'm smiling!
Looking forward to joining in, and hoping that this plan will work for me. I had bloods done at the GP last month (general health check) and although there was nothing too bad, my cholesterol was higher than I wanted, so I'm going to be very interested to see if it is lower when they retest in 6 months.
