Hi...gonna try this 5:2 diet!

I have had good reports from a few friends who are doing the 5:2 diet so I am starting it today and see what happens!! Hopefully I won't find it too hard as I seem to have a couple of days a week where I don't feel very hungry......so here goes and I wish everyone else luck too :smile:

hey! It get's easier the longer you go on which is rare for a diet! =)
I've been on 5:2 diet 17 days now and have lost 6lbs. It's the most weight I've lost in they time on any other diet. I have Monday and Thursday as fast days so that leaves my weekends to relax but find having a breakfast lunch and dinner helps me stop getting hungry and doesn't really feel like fasting. Good luck and stick with it. Today was the first day with side effect I have had bad headache but it could be a coincidence but I normally do not suffer with headaches. Apart from this I have found it the easiest diet by far I've ever tried. Still having chocolate crisps and chips.
