A classic yo-yo dieter, I'm now at my heaviest I've been for ages. Been trying since Christmas to try and get the weight off but can't seem to get movitated to do what's worked in the past (slimming world, mfp, etc). Heard about the 5:2 a few months ago but couldn't see how it could work although I kept hearing at how people were losing weight on it. I'm now on my second week (4th fast day today) and I've lost 6lb so far. Lots more to go but its finally shifting!!!!
Today is the first day I feel a bit wobbly/heady but finding the fasting ok and enjoying the fact that I know I can still eat normally on other days, trying to still be sensible but not freaking when the wine comes out and thinking I've ruined everything so giving up!
