Our Frequently Asked Questions topic will answer many of your fasting & weight loss questions!
If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!
It definitely gets easier as your body gets used to it. Just pop back in here when it gets tough and we'll give you all the support we can.
Yes, the first couple of fasts are definitely the hardest! My husband and I have both found that we do better when we don't eat at all, oddly enough. Having a small breakfast seems to just turn on our appetites and make us really hungry all day long. But if I don't have anything but black coffee, water, and herbal tea, the hunger is much less and much easier to ignore. If I get really hungry, I might have a cup of bouillon, but I don't think I've had one in 2 weeks.
