I'm new and I've done 2 fasts so far that have looked pretty similar. I was surprised how much I could eat for a very carefully planned 500 cals so I thought I'd post my day and ask others to do the same for ideas.
I'm sure there are many threads like this but new ones can't hurt?
Breakfast
2 egg whites and one egg (114 cals)
Lunch
Half a big fresh tub of carrot and coriander soup (77cals)
Snacks
WW sugar free jelly - whole tube (24cals)
8 cherry tomatoes - (16 cals)
100g mangetouts -
Tea with skimmed milk
Dinner
2 Quorn fillets (110 cals)
Eatwater pasta - whole pack (15 cals)
Sharwoods Spicy Szechuan Tomato sauce - half jar (66 cals)
Half a leek (19cals)
A cup of mushrooms (15 cals)
Half a courgette (9 cals)
