Second fast day today, I actually find the fast days really easy until it comes to the dreaded night time. I find that in general I am definitely a nocturnal eater.
My days are healthy and well balanced but it comes to the night time and the rubbish monster seems to come out and all I want is pizza (definitely my downfall) chocolate and sweets I think this was definitely the main contributor to my stone and a half weight gain this year!
But yes anyways I am just wondering if anybody else has this problem and if they have any tips to help out with the cravings .
